costs

Educational Psychologist contracted rate for the 2026–27 academic year is £590 per day. A day comprises six hours of work, including observations, assessments, consultations, preparation, communication, record keeping, research, scoring and report writing. General administration, such as arranging dates and general emails, is not charged to the school.

Additional time beyond the contracted allocation is charged at a top-up rate of £690 per day, subject to availability. Please contact us about ad hoc work. Payment arrangements and other terms are set out in the individual contract.

ELSA supervision 2026–27: £295 per ELSA for six two-hour group supervision sessions across the year, held in person and/or virtually.

ELSA Training 2026–27: £850 per participant, including six days of face-to-face training, a comprehensive manual and two group supervision sessions. See our ELSA page for dates, qualification requirements and booking information.
