BA Psychology (Hons);
Specialisms include.
ELSA supervisor, trauma informed practices
Experience.
I began my career as a primary school teacher in East Sussex and then worked in London and Kent as a Trainee EP during my doctorate. Upon completion, I worked as an EP in Swindon Borough Council before taking up a Senior EP role, managing the behaviour team in West Berkshire in 2017-2024.

Kate Pike

Experience.
I started out as a primary school teacher in Kent and Medway before continuing my training to become an Educational Psychologist. To date I have spent my career working in Local Authorities most recently in West Berkshire.

Cate Wilkes

Registered ELSA trainer and supervisor, ASC (ADOS training).
Experience.
I started working in education as a primary teacher in London, then a deputy head teacher in a school in Windsor and Maidenhead. I developed an interest in Special Educational Needs and spent a year working in a ‘Special School’ for children with very complex needs before training to become an Educational Psychologist. I worked mainly in Local Authorities and for the last few years as a Senior Educational Psychologist in West Berkshire. I also worked with Oxford University providing support and advice for ASC students and staff.

Experience.
I have previously worked in a number of roles in education and within special educational needs. I later trained as an Educational Psychologist with the University of Bristol and worked in this role in West Berkshire 2019-2024. I continue to practise within local authorities.
